Dr. Ruben is a pleasant person but staff (sub-contracted) is horrible and unorganized. If you give them your credit card expect unexplained charges and expensive inventory to be charged on your card and sent without authorization. This creates a huge of expensive inventory that cannot be used and nobody in the organization can explain to you why it was sent?
