My experience with Dr. Rubin and his staff, excluding Ashley was so confusing and left me feeling frustrated. 1. I contacted his office for help with my thyroid and weight loss. 2. My hormones were out of whack. He prescribed what he thought was best. 3. He was not explanatory as I needed. I was terribly confused because of years of so many wrong diagnoses. 4. I'm reluctant to leave a review that's been requested of me because I've been a patient of Dr. Rubin's for about 10 years now and continue to be under his care. I don't have an issue with Dr. Rubin, himself or the care that he's provided me over the years. My issue(s) are with his staff mostly in the fulfillment center for supplements and hormones. After several years here, and initially being happy, I am Now finding it very difficult to reach him or his staff. No one is returning calls or emails. Also, the pharmacy has been unable to provide a necessary prescription for some time. I have issues that are not being taken care of, as in the past. I’m wondering what’s changed.
