I have been a patient of Dr. Heidi Archer's for approximately 8-10 years and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for hormonal and whole body wellness care. Dr. Archer's diligence in regulating my hormonal balance, combined with detailed explanation, has totally changed my life with renewed energy and overall well being. Although her staff is not locally based, they are responsive, professional and thorough in delivering questions, messages and information in a timely manner.
The doctor needs to hire competent people to handle her office and scheduling. As a result, I was forced to look elsewhere as they rescheduled my appointment 4X and were woefully rude to boot. I finally asked for a refund on my test ($299), as I felt it was going to be impossible to ever see this doctor.
