Capps was really wonderful. My mom has an old house in Arlington Heights and pipes had clogged with tree roots causing some pretty major nasty back-up/flooding in the house. We called Capps on the recommendation of a friend. From the first phone call the guy on the phone identified the problem over the phone and told me he could have someone out same day between 1-4pm and I called after noon. I had a issue with my bathroom plumbing a few weeks before Christmas. I called Capps Plumbing and Sewer. I am so grateful I made the call Capps Plumbing and Sewer. They sent workmen over and they tried their best to get the water to move in my sewer pipe. They then pulled my toilet and tried to rod from there. It did not work the tree roots were entrenched. 5 star service from this local wheeling branch - i`ve used them for various calls at different addresses and the end result is the same - satisfaction with all work performed - professional, hard workers are what they are made of. i recommend you use them if your EVER needing drain/water issues ! t.v. 7/2/16

I also managed a large condominium association for almost twenty years. I finally got tired of having to call a plumber back to rod the same line two or three times, and worse yet, hearing the plumber tell me - on a Friday night - that he can't get anyone there until Monday. Since we switched to Capps, we have had reliably fast and quality service. Response time is always two hours or less. Capps plumbers keep working until they solve the problem. We have used this company for the last 8 years . From installing a clean out to fixing a toilet leak. They are quick responders , great customer service and proficient. They might be a bit on the higher side but you get what you pay for and they offer warranty with each service they perform.

I am the community manager for Arbors of Buffalo Grove Condominium Association and I personally recommend Capps to everyone I work with. Capps provides excellent response times to homeowner emergencies, they work with your Association with realistic suggestions, and also provide excellent customer service to the owners when they visit. They are good salesmen, but you have to be in this sort of industry. Water heater went out. Called Capps at 9 am and they came out at 1 pm and installed a new one. When I called, their office personnel were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, gave an accurate cost estimate and gave a 1 - 4 pm estimated time for the serviceman to arrive the same day. George arrived at 1, assessed the situation and let me know there would be a few small additional charges for parts needed to fit the new water heater into the old connectors that I had. Like the plumbing company is the best plumbing company that I know of I've used them twice I get a fast response they get the job done very well equipped good staff great technicians highly recommend them
