Had 2 screws installed for my implants. Virtually no pain or swelling. Took my ibuprofen as directed with my antibiotic. No pain now. Stopping the ibuprofen. From the front office staff plus Dr.Alger and his staff, i was treated like family. HIGHLY recommend for dental surgery and implants.

We loved going in to Dr. Algers office. Everybody was always happy and having a good time. For what we were there for we felt very comfortable not nervous at all. They explained all the procedures so that we understood and showed us exactly what was being done.
