I have been going to Dr. Alger for periodontic care for well over a decade and have a very high opinion of his expertise and professionalism. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable he is a warm, friendly and direct person. Dr. Alger readily answers all questions and explains periodontal issues with clarity. When I needed to have some surgery done, he was readily available in the days immediately following, and the surgery was a complete success. I have had no further need for surgery.
