Dr. Su and his staff are phenomenal! I was truly amazed that my not quite 3 year old was so at ease that she laid back for a full exam and cleaning. My 7 year old was likewise treated in a way that comforted her anxieties but made her feel like a brave big girl! I would totally recommend this practice as they are great with the kids and have a comfortable way of teaching the kids as they go through the exam.

I brought my four year-old, very shy daughter for a visit. He proceeded to fill a cavity on a baby tooth that had what he called "a tiny spot" (then why fill it?) without as much as a topical numbing agent. When she started to squirm ten minutes in he threatened to have us removed from the area. The staff knew ahead of time that my daughter was very shy so why he decided to threaten her, I'll never know. When we finally made it to the car, my daughter was unconsolable. This "Dr" needs to deal with animals not people. As normal people know, people including children want to know what is going on. Not only did Su not explain anything to our son, he made the statement "you need to show them who is boss." Then he proceeded to threaten our 3 yr old that if he cried his mom would have to leave. Do not take anyone there.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this guy. Do your child a favor and don't send them to this practice - they actually believe in "wrapping" the child in a papoose to stop them from squirming. All the dentist did was yell at my two year old to stop crying. He should find another profession in my opinion.
