It is so nice to find a company that does what they say. They were at my house as soon as I called. Rocky was on my roof with tarps before the storm stopped. From Katie in customer service, who was also at my home the same day, to every crew leader, worker, and delivery man, they all did above and beyond. I have not found any trash or roofing nails and other then a beautiful new roof, you can't tell they were here! Many thanks and keep up the awesome job! Happy and dry! Chip Shelf
We had a new roof installed and the experience was great. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and Feazel (and especially our sales person and primary contact, Ruben) exceeded all expectations. Ruben explained the process in detail, helped with communications to our insurance company, updated us regularly and was always available to answer questions or concerns. I was not familiar with Feazel from the start since they are fairly new to the area. However, I am so glad we chose them to do our new roof. Our sales rep, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and informative about the company and process. My wife and I are really pleased with the professionalism of Feazel in the entire process of getting our roof replaced after hail damage. All of the employees with the company were very courteous and helpful with the process. They worked with our insurance company to get us approved for the replacement of our roof. Just had a new roof put on our home by Feazel Roofing. Met with Robert Brigman, our salesman, and he couldn’t have been any better! He was in contact with us every step of the way. Took care of everything!!!! Zayn Pavenski, our project manager, was also great! He was onsite during the two days that it took to put the roof on off and on and was always available to get in touch with. The crew was also awesome! Would definitely recommend Feazel Roofing!!!!!
