Ruben came by and offered his services to check out the roof and let us know that we had recent hail damage in the area. Did a very good inspection and really took care of our home. Helped us file a claim and got our roof approved. He walked us thru our loss statement that the contract was super simple. He even let us keep a couple shingle colors for us to choose which one we liked best. From day one, Ruben Z. got up on our roof, inspected, found hail damage to roof and gutter guards. Guided us through the options, and were able to submit an insurance claim that day. Both Cody Mitchell and Ruben Z came over when the insurance adjuster inspected. Then worked with adjusted to include items they missed in first proposal. Promptly scheduled the job once approved. Bobby was great to work with. I told him about some concerns with my aging roof, and he did a thorough inspection with full transparency along the way. The result was that my roof was OK. Even though it did not result in a sale for Feazel, he gave his honest assessment. When the time comes for a new roof, he'll be my first call...I know he'll do right by the customer.
