It is so nice to find a company that does what they say. They were at my house as soon as I called. Rocky was on my roof with tarps before the storm stopped. From Katie in customer service, who was also at my home the same day, to every crew leader, worker, and delivery man, they all did above and beyond. We had a new roof installed and the experience was great. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and Feazel (and especially our sales person and primary contact, Ruben) exceeded all expectations. Ruben explained the process in detail, helped with communications to our insurance company, updated us regularly and was always available to answer questions or concerns. I was not familiar with Feazel from the start since they are fairly new to the area. However, I am so glad we chose them to do our new roof. Our sales rep, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and informative about the company and process. My wife and I are really pleased with the professionalism of Feazel in the entire process of getting our roof replaced after hail damage. All of the employees with the company were very courteous and helpful with the process. They worked with our insurance company to get us approved for the replacement of our roof. We just had a roof redone. I had approached this project with some trepidation and lots of questions. A few contractors had stopped since the roof's age and damage were showing.
