My son's dental cleaning and exam could not have gone better! Everyone was so sweet and even patiently answered all of his questions. The hygienist took her time to explain everything to him. He's six, so positive dental appointments are very important!
I was disappointed that when I made the appt that she didn't let me know if I was going to get a consultation first before a cleaning because that is what I wanted a appointment for a cleaning, so I'm wondering if I was being charged for a consultation or cleaning ? So I spent a whole hour getting poked in the gums irritating them and making it hard to deal with eating and drinking to not getting my teeth cleaned!!!
I was not pleased with my last visit. I felt the assistant was lacking in confidence and was a bit clumsy as well as slow.And I still need to make an appointment to have an adjustment made to the tooth.
Dr.Hatim was very personable and made sure my son was relaxed. He took the time to explain to both of us the condition of his tooth and the treatment plan. He even explained the process step by step as he treated the tooth. I am so happy we are clients of this practice!
