I needed an emergency appointment to correct a problem with my front tooth. Although they are a very busy practice, I received a same day appointment and my problem was immediately attended to in a very caring way .

Absolutely wonderful staff and unbelievable expert dentist. I am a very apprehensive patient and they treat me with care and compassion. I had a crown put on and I did not feel a thing. Went in for a 6 month cleaning, and found an issue with a cavity. They were able to fit me in so I didn’t need to come back for a separate appointment. I had lots of questions, and Dr. Lisa Johnson was patient and answered all.

Hello, I did the practical thing and sought a new dentist closer to where I live. I quickly realized that trust and comfort and consistency should have been the priority. So I did get my teeth cleaned yesterday at the office and sure enough, I made it through my anxiety just fine. Everyone is different but for me, having a conversation with people you trust and rely on is the best thing ever. I look forward to those final minutes when Dr. Heid checks in her patients.
