We switched our entire family to this practice bc multiple people had recommended them. Their practice happens to be super convenient with their new location. I have to say I was very pleased with the chair side manner with all the hygienists & doctor. They were great with our kids (12&10). Super efficient on time and did not over diagnose. I would highly recommend!
Had a great first experience. The practice/building is wonderful and staff was very welcoming. I learned some new things about my teeth that I had never known (I had been going to my previous dentist for at least 15 years). Heart Dental Group doesn't seem to over over diagnose either (which I love). If you're looking for a change I would highly suggest them.
Clean, lovely office, courteous, kind staff, great up-to-date technology. My daughter was there for a cleaning and exam at the same time and everyone seemed excellent with children. Really loved that I could see a photo of the spot on my tooth we were discussing. Felt like the cleaning and exam were thorough and good advice was given, without there being any alarmism or upselling of anything. Overall great experience, intend to be a patient for the long term.
What a great experience! After my dentist of 25 years retired, I didn't think I would find another dentist that I felt comfortable with. I think I finally found one. The whole process from setting the appointment, new patient paperwork and working with a wonderful dental hygienist (and Dentist!) went very smoothly.
Really happy with my first appointment and cleaning today. Very professional and kind people. Excited about getting some other concerns addressed, and they were great about contacting my insurance to see what coverage I have.
