Matt Rupe was the service technician. He was on time and very thorough. He explained why the system was unplugged for the winter, he reset date, time etc. he provided a lot of information about the running of the system and noted that I might see a little water in the street and explained why. Matt did a great job!

Ron Malloy is always very helpful with startup and shutdown of irrigation system. He explains things thoroughly and returns for follow-up as needed. When I have needed landscape advice the Hidden Creek staff provides all the information that I need.
