After numerous attempts to fix a leak in our pondless stream and small pond area next to our beautiful spa, Matt decided enough was enough and sent the fix it crew of Geraldo H, Rene and Ricardo H to completely redo the problem area. Three days of backbreaking effort by the team, pulling out large boulders and river stone l, as well as multiple plants from a 25 ft section. Another BIG shout out to both Matt & Ron, showed up around 3:00 pm to flush our irrigation system for the winter. Both guys introduced themselves and walked me through the process they were going to perform. Very professional and polite friendly guys. Alison and I have been very impressed with everyone that Hidden Creek has had out and have worked on this project for a good part of a year now. We both want to Thank everyone for a job well done. The entire Hidden Creek team was so helpful and professional. The initial meeting to discuss our needs resulted in a great plan regarding removal of bushes, trimming 2 trees and installing new bushes. Saul and Jose Daniel were fantastic workers who did the job efficiently and exactly according to the plan. They were polite and courteous when we asked questions and they advised us how to take care of our new bushes. They even moved rocks for us. They really cared about making us happy. It was great!
