We had two young men come to our house after following up the offer of a $54.95 (including 12 vents, 1 return, and a main trunk line plus complete system inspection) which we ended up paying over $600.00. The two young men left our home in the biggest mess ever and the problem with dust was never solved. I will never use Indoor Air Care again. At this time I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. You might pay for something you didn't need or just have trouble getting the proof you needed it to show your spouse who was at work. I had my vents cleaned 4/13/2021. During the cleaning I was advised there was mold in my furnace. I called my husband at work and the technician explained the findings and treatment required. This is a good and bad review from Indianapolis Indiana. Let's start with the BAD . Employee wearing no mask ( Bad AND NO EXCUSES ) He stated to me that he could only wear a mask when he was talking and not when he was working. Shortly after this non sense came out of his mouth , I told him to leave and send some one else . I told him people are DYING and he didn't even seem to care . I initally had an appointment set up between 11 and 2pm. I recieved a call about 15 mins prior to 2pm to get advised that the tech had to do a full air duct install on the previous house. I was fine and willing to get a new time to get mine cleaned out. The lady who spoke to me asked to set up a new date but same time. I agreed and waited. I am not happy because I hate being ignored. Four months ago I answered a mailbox stuffer advertising duct cleaning for $54. When the crew came out, the cost quickly escalated to $1,250 to include sanitizing with Mildicide. On top of that, it was strongly recommended that I add a $600 UV lighting system. I wrote a check for $1,850. The UV lighting system no longer works. The green glowing light is replaced by a red blinking light. Worst experience! I scheduled a duct cleaning with a ValPak coupon for $44.95 and added a dryer vent cleaning for $69.95. My husband was home when they arrived and they told him we had an additional trunk line they needed an additional $25 to clean and he agreed, totaling $114.90. Two months later, our dryer was having issues drying and we were told the vent needed cleaned. I worked for this company for 15 years and have never met a group of people who were so crooked in my life not one of us employees were certified or qualified or licensed to do mold treatments in Indiana they buy U.V lights for 95 dollars and sell them to the public for 500 dollars and more when it was Indy air care and had a F rating they changed their name to Indoor air care but kept their same phone numbers they don't have an office in Indiana but the paper work gives you one Scout Ward if that is his real name is a two f... read more

I scheduled with this company twice. The first day they were supposed to come to my home, the tech decided he didn’t want to drive to Speedway because of race traffic. Keep in mind this company had my address the entire time. After a couple of conversations with the office manager they offer to send out a “ supervisor” the following day (Saturday) when they are normally closed. Hope to post a different review later, but not happy at present moment. Had 8-10 am spot, at 9:40 am no call saying someone is coming. Had to call to see if someone was on their way only to find out no one was coming because they were short staffed. Booked appt a week or more in advance because on a tight schedule, now air ducts still aren't clean. One star for apology from receptionist.
