I arrived on time and my appointment started on time - I appreciate that. I really appreciate that I can do appointments later in the day (5:00 or later). The staff is frienfly and genuine - I feel like a real person. Since my appointment I have had no issues with my teeth.

Had an easy, pleasant experience, as always, with Serena. Prices for services keep inching up but I guess that's to be expected. Makes one appreciate having dental insurance (which I do not)

I've been seeing Dr. Mays since she took over the practice from Dr. Sheer several years back. The service provided is thorough and professional. The hygienists are "gentle," and do a good job not only with cleaning, but oral exams as well. And, it doesn't hurt that they are cheerful and attentive to the comfort of the patient. A recommended practice in a nice location!

I usually have some questions about dental health when I come for my visits and the staff always takes the time to answer them and in as much detail as I can understand. I appreciate that they treat me as a sentient adult.

My experience at your office was the best ever. The hygienist was very thorough, my teeth have never looked better. Dr. Mays front desk person is cheerful and efficient, and Dr. Mays herself did exactly what I wanted her to do with the restoration I requested.
