Jane, This is Tom Gaier. I'll share this with MP and see if she wants to respond. However, as one professional to another, I think this e-mail is not becoming of your professional status. Makes you look like a service department in a car dealership. E.g. the bottom of this form asks for ways to improve "our business." Admittedly thre is a business aspect to your and my professions, but my view is that we should be perceived as in service to others. I'd suggest dropping this aspect of your software. Tom

I think everything about the place is fresh , light, airy, friendly, spotless and pleasant to visit. The treatment is excellant and very easy to take...it's just not like the older images of a dentist office that abound in my mind.

Everyone at Dr. Mays office is helpful, knowledgable, friendly and kind. I think I will go back and have the tooth next to it bonded so it looks as good as the repaired tooth!

Dr. Mays and her very capable and friendly staff have been providing me excellent dental care since she took over this dental practice from my good friend, Thomas Scheer. I grew up hating to visit the dentist. But no longer. I actually look forward to my twice-yearly visits to these friends. In my book, dental practices just don't get any better---I'm hooked there for life!
