Smart, friendly, efficient. Everything was fine except the dirty pictures. Just finished 2nd 2-min. brushing. What a bore.
I was on a very busy schedule and told the tech cleaning my teeth that I need to be leaving the office by 11:45am. She made sure that my teeth were taken care of and I was leaving the office at 11:44am.
Had a cavity filled and a cracked tooth repaired with a temporary crown while permanent is created. Everything went as planned and appointment was on time and proceeded as expected. Numbing process went extremely well, and I was asked many times during the process if all was going as expected and if I needed to take a break.
Like visiting dear friends!
As always, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Serena continues to be one of the main reasons I stay at Dr. Mays, Inc. Although this appointment didn't require me to spend much time with Dr. Mays, she's the other reason I stay! :0)
I actually look forward to my 6 months cleaning!
