This is my 34th year of using this office for the needs of our entire family. I have no idea how your service could be better with the special attention your entire staff provides to my special needs because of the tri-geminal nerve damage and the poor health of my back and particularly my neck.

My son had his braces removed and this had to be coordinated with care to be received at Dr. Mays' office. Her receptionist immediately helped my in this matter, calling the other provider to help us identify a day on which this could be accomplished. This was quite different from the front desk person at the orthodontist's office who told me politely that "this was not their policy".

I am unhappy about the inability of the office to let me know that a filling for a minor cavity could not be delayed by a month or two since the Delta Dental does not pay for a cavity filling in the same tooth in less than two years. This is not the first time I have not been covered by my dental plan due to the lack of knowledge or interest of the office.
