The tech person who worked on my teeth was very good.
Dr. Mays and her staff are always welcoming and friendly. They explain what they are doing and engage me actively in planning for myself and for my family. They are proactive in giving a heads-up when they see potential problems down the line, without jumping too early into interventions. They use electronic reminder systems well (I appreciate the reminder emails and texts), and we rarely wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room for appointments. Excellent! My teeth wee brown from coffee and smoking and she was so sweet and now when I smile I have confidence again. I will definitely be back every 6 months and I had anxiety prior to the visit from my last dentist experience but this time I had none and I felt extremely relaxed. I did not feel embarrassed and she did excellent work on my teeth. I will recommend this office to anyone who asks because I am that satisfied. 10/10, thanks again for the great work.
Aime was new hygentis. She was very thorough and explained everything she was going to do. My only suggestion would be for her to converse with her clients.
