John, the sales rep - was not the best & honest sales rep overall to deal with - install was ok. Team of guys were hard workers & gutters look great. Ended up with a few concerns, currently working out with Mgr. & company. Install new K-guard clog-free gutters around entire house, approx. 240 ft. of new gutter & downspouts.
New K-Guard Gutters around entire House. Service of job foreman was outstanding, service of salesman was TERRIBLE. Overall the salesman was not knowledgeable or upfront with us we believe. K-Guard is standing behind the issues we are having, and we are using them again for additional services as well. General manager took time to come out and work through issues, and listen to complaints. I hope that the next service they preform is above par (roof).

They came when they said they would. They gave me a great estimate. Answered all my questions. Willing to break job into a couple jobs.
Overall, perfect. From the sales representative to the completion. Installation crew was very professional and their office coordinated the job with painting contractor as requested. No surprises! A great job! Construct build outs on existing facia to accept new gutters. Install new gutters.
They put new covered gutters and downspout on the driveway side of my house. They re-routed these so that all of the water was carried down along the house toward the front, eliminating a downspout that poured water onto the driveway (and back into my basement.) I had been told by another company that it couldn't be done. It cast more than I had hoped, but I'm satisfied.

We were nervous about spending so much money but we really really needed new gutters and some form of coverage from constant rain of leaves etc from trees. We also knew we had rotted fascia boards that would need replacing. Afterwards we are delighted with the results! The house looks much better and no more water rushing over side of house.
