Everything about the experience with k guard from the initial meeting with justin to the installation of the new gutter system as well as removal of old gutters was an extremely pleasant and hassle free process. As for the k-guard gutters they are everything they are advertised and more. Not only do they work far superior to our old gutters but they also really look better as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to ad or replace gutters.
I have never written any reviews before, but after my experience with Justin and his crew at K Guard, I felt like I had to figure it out. These guys were the epitome of class and professionalism. The completed our job quickly and under budget…which is something you just don’t find these days. Both the communication and the customer service from Justin and his team was beyond fantastic. If you are ever in the market for new gutters, make sure you give these guys a call!!
Justin and his crew exceeded my expectation. They came out and install the system in a short notice. After installation, when I notice any changes needed to be made to the system, these guys will respond immediately and come out the next day to adjust the gutters with no additional charges. In fact, I had a heavy rain right after the installation, and these systems handle the rain like a champ. The crew did a great job, friendly and professional. Price was reasonable for a very well designed product. Salesperson was easy to communicate with and did a good job answering questions and was willing to wait for my decision so I could discuss it with my family. Justin communicated with me about timing and was punctual, and the team worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend the product and the company!
We love our new gutter system! Justin was able to come out and quote the same day and we had our gutters installed about a week later. Installation only took a few hours and the crew was professional and cleaned up everything. So far we've had a few rainstorms and snow and the gutters are working great. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a full gutter solution and we never have to clean them again!
