My husband and I were very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of all the staff and Drs here at Modern Periodontics! The office is at 1409 Kingsley Ave, Ste 9A in Orange Park, is clean and well lit, and has ample enough parking spots. We definitely would recommend Dr Atkinson to everyone needing a periodontist for their dental health!!

This office was referred by 2 dentists. After consultation and treatment plan review , I was going to have their suggested work done. Then there was an issue with x-rays and was made to come back in. At that consultation I decided to not continue. I asked for my pre payment to be returned. After that, no calls were returned, No e-mails returned. I faxed the request, no response. I had to seek help from VISA for cancellation of charge. That has still not been completed. Never had I had such a bad experience with a business. W... read more

Showed up twenty minutes early for my appointment and the door is locked with the blinds drawn. No answer when I knocked and no answer when I called the number on Google maps or the number on the building. I received an appointment reminder of the time this morning, but no email with more details so I could double check the address. It is very frustrating to add more stress to a stressful appointment that I'll have to do a second time. Dr. Pasieta has amazing chair side manners and is efficient in ensuring as a patient you understand everything they he sees. This was the most thorough dental exam I have had. The staff are very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend seeing him as a provider.

I have been to several periodontists, and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Doctor Pasieta carefully explained what the exam would entail, and during the exam explained everything he was doing. After the exam, he explained his findings in detail and the options for treatment available. He gave me his recommendation, but without it feeling at all pressured. I left feeling very confident that I found the right periodontist.
