Had a need for possible dental issues that my regular dentist could not address. Was able to set an appointment with Taylor a most positive receptionist. Dr. Lee Ackersen did an amazing job making me comfortable with the entire process and procedure. Highly recommend when you have any periodontal issues
I called the front desk to inquire about some issues, but the receptionist spoke very quickly and had an arrogant attitude. I asked her twice to slow down, but she did not change her speed and rudely hung up on me. When I called back, she refused to answer the phone. It was only after I left a voicemail stating that I wanted to file a complaint that she answered. I don’t like dentist appointments and have anxiety when I’m there. I had two procedures with Modern and both times I acted up and my anxiety kicked in. The Dr and staff were patient and waited for me to calm down. They told me each step of what they were doing and it was going to be okay. And it was more than okay. No pain and my anxiety went away as they continued to work on me. Gentle as a baby. This office was awesome!
I can probably find a practice closer to home, but I don't think I'd find a place I have more confidence in delivering the care I've received over the last several years. Dr. Kuznia, the hygienists and the entire staff are simply the best and nothing is more valuable than trusting your health care providers and those who support them.
The service is fantastic. The staff was nice and very helpful. The Dental Hygienist Angie was great with dental work to my mouth, it painless and very detail cleaning. Also give me good advice how continue to take care of Teeth and flossing, brushing plus maintaining less problems in the future appointment.
