Showed up twenty minutes early for my appointment and the door is locked with the blinds drawn. No answer when I knocked and no answer when I called the number on Google maps or the number on the building. I received an appointment reminder of the time this morning, but no email with more details so I could double check the address. When I first came to the clinic, I was skeptical. I had been seeing Dr. Masoud for over a decade, and I was really sad when he retired. But from the moment I walked in, everyone was so professional and welcoming. The customer service was excellent. I've been coming to Doc K for about 8 months now. Had to have a LANAP surgery , was refered by a local Aspen Dental. I cannot say enough how strong this place is. Doc K is an amazing woman and doctor, periodontist , her care is amazing. That being said, she has made herself that way by the staff she surrounds herself with. I personally go to the Orange Park location and I believe she has 2 or 3 others so I can only speak for the staff at that location. Dr Kuznia and her staff are awesome. My procedure, which took several hours, was painless. Loretta, explained everything in detail to me and called after I got home to make sure I was doing ok. I would definitely recommend Modern Periodontics to anyone needing their services. Thanks Dr Kuznia!!🌹

I had to change periodontists due to a change in insurance coverage. I contacted Modern Periodontics and was able to get in for a consult within three days. All the staff there were so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Pasieta conducted my exam and I was very comfortable with his assessment. I didn't feel like he was pressuring me into having any work done, just to do it. I'm very happy things worked out with my need to switch periodontists and I found this office.
