I just had the best experience at Modern Periodontics! This was the third dentist I had gone to evaluate my "issue". Dr Kuznia knew exactly what to do and wasted no time in fixing it. Amazing! The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable because let's be honest, who really wants to go to the dentist.

Had a need for possible dental issues that my regular dentist could not address. Was able to set an appointment with Taylor a most positive receptionist. Dr. Lee Ackersen did an amazing job making me comfortable with the entire process and procedure. Highly recommend when you have any periodontal issues

I called the front desk to inquire about some issues, but the receptionist spoke very quickly and had an arrogant attitude. I asked her twice to slow down, but she did not change her speed and rudely hung up on me. When I called back, she refused to answer the phone. It was only after I left a voicemail stating that I wanted to file a complaint that she answered. I don’t like dentist appointments and have anxiety when I’m there. I had two procedures with Modern and both times I acted up and my anxiety kicked in. The Dr and staff were patient and waited for me to calm down. They told me each step of what they were doing and it was going to be okay. And it was more than okay. No pain and my anxiety went away as they continued to work on me. Gentle as a baby. This office was awesome!

Good experience: My regular dentist extracted pieces of an aged molar that had undergone a root canal many years ago and cracked (ouch!), leaving fragments in the gum line. Modern Periodontics cleaned this all out and got me set for a dental implant. Comfortable group; I felt well cared for and confident in their presence. Post-surgical, one week, no complications, and so far, no pain, which I found to be extraordinary proof of their skills as a team.
