I've been a patient for over 12 years. I always make sure I do a predetermination. I always pay in advance. I have even given five star reviews in the past for Dr. Kuznia's work. However, I will not be using this office anymore and I don't recommend that anyone else does due to their medical billing staff, who appears to be one person named Kristina who has no oversight and does not take accountability for her errors and refuses to talk to me or the insurance company when there's a discrepancy in the bill. Stay away unless you want to waste a lot of time and money. We had a Horrible experience here. They created tx plan that would have cost us $8000 out of pocket after insurance for unnecessary procedures. Treatment seemed very extensive and office was very pushy getting it scheduled. (Red flag!) we went and got a second opinion and we were so thankful we did. We cancelled appt with modern periodontics before their 48 hour policy but we continue to get invoices for $50 broken appt. I have emailed several times explaining this ... read more

As a dentist myself I hesitated with going forward with gum surgery due to fear of down time and discomfort. But after seeing a few of Dr. Kuznia's patients and their amazing results, I finally scheduled an appointment. I am happy to say that Dr. Kuznia and her staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you to Dr Kuznia and her staff for making my dental procedure quick and painless. Sara is always kind and helpful when she greets me checking me in. I felt safe and secure with Loretta and her abilities to care for me during the procedure. Her confidence and ability to communicate gave me that secure feeling. Dr. Kuznia is amazing as well. From her ability to explain the procedure and now perform the procedure allows me to give her a 5 star recommendation Thanks to Modern Periodontics Debbie

Dr. Kuznia made her recommendations. I agreed to them as required by signature. When the staff later failed to deliver the treatment as agreed upon, they became rude when I asked for an explanation and refused to allow me to speak to Dr. Kuznia. I don’t know if they left a message for the doctor as I requested since she didn’t follow up. I then sent a letter by certified mail to the doctor but she didn’t respond to that either. I don’t recommend trusting this practice to deliver the treatment they advise and promise.
