I have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Early this year I moved. I never received an e-mail or phone call that I had $20.00 outstanding, but they sent my account to collections - without ever communicating with me. I don't doubt that they mailed something to me, but nobody can be expected to remember every business they have dealings with when they move.
