Cracked a tooth while eating, and my dentist sent me here. It's been 30 years since I had a tooth pulled and I was a little nervous, but everyone was super nice and calming, explained what was going on, etc. Numbed me up, felt nothing but the pressure and pulling of getting the tooth out. Clear and simple recovery instructions. Good insurance so not much out of pocket.
Just removed my wisdom teeth and the entirety of the process was very smooth. The staff is kind and Dr. Patel did a very good job in thoroughly explaining the procedure while making sure I was comfortable with everything. A 5 star rating is the highest on Yelp but the service and care provided was definitely 10/10. Thank you again!
The best experience with Dr. Fraser and all of the staff here. Was absolutely dreading my wisdom teeth removal, but the staff was amazing and I had a great experience. Dr. Fraser was the best! Always felt that he was available to reach if I had questions/complications. He went out of his way to make sure I was in as little pain as possible. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!
Dr. Fraser was easy to talk to and his staff were incredibly welcoming. Dr. Fraser was very conversational during my consult and listened to all my concerns. We settled on a treatment that both of us were confident in and I really enjoyed that shared decision making. I am not usually a fan of going to the dentist, but I really enjoyed the experience of seeing Dr. Fraser for a consult. I would highly recommend to anyone in Columbus needing a consult for wisdom teeth removal!

Wow! Wasn't sure what to expect taking my just 12 year old in for oral surgery but we honestly had THE BEST experience! The staff are kind and knowledgeable. And Dr. Fraser is so compassionate and kind. Our expectations were definitely exceeded and I couldn't recommend this office more.
I went to Dr. Chintan Patel for a tooth extraction. When I mentioned that I had a fear of dentists his whole demeanor changed. I went in for a recheck due to increased pain. He was very rude, combative, and condescending. He acted in a very unprofessional way. I have never had a Dr. behave like that. I will not return for my checkup, and can't recommend him to anyone. Go elsewhere!
My local dentist recommended Northeast Oral and Maxillofacial in Gahanna for an extraction.. I checked my insurance company site to see that the office was part of my plan. I called and asked for an appt. w/ the surgeon listed as participating. I was told he "was not available" but that another surgeon at the practice had availability. I verified my insurance was accepted and made appt. I had my extraction done and paid the contracted amount for my insurance.
