Better explanation of what to expect after my surgery would have been helpful as I has excessive swelling and I did not know that would happen so I ended up in the emergency room. Also there was excessive delay in getting my appliance and it may not have been so upsetting if anyone especially the doctor had made a point to explain exactly what was happening. I never really knew until I finally received my denture. the denture works well and other than lack of communication and understanding I am pleased.

Going to Dr. Heller's office is like a episode of "CHEERS" everybody knows your name and they are always willing to help. Everything considered I've never had a bad experience in the past 15 years, It's family owned business that treats their patients like family.

It's always a great experience. You all know what you're doing, and it's always comfortable coming there. I wish you were aligned with my insurance provider, so it would be a little more affordable.

Had many dental procedures approx. 9-10 years ago and recently, upper teeth removed and fitted with an upper denture. I still don't know how I feel about the last procedure since I am healing & further treatment is needed.

The office of Oral Implants and Reconstructive Dentistry was able to get me in right away to take care of my broken tooth. I give praise for the services delivered by the doctor and his staff.
