Reynoldsburg Dental center has always provided top of the line care to their patients. I really miss Michelle who I had cleaned my teeth in the past, but Dr. Lenz continues to give great care and guidance to his patients. The staff has worked hard to fight through some staff changes and has done a great job in hiring wonderful caring dental professionals, including the wonderful staff at the front desk. I met the dental assistance Marcus the other day and his attitude and professional bedside manner already stood out.

Terrible office to deal with. Just found out they have been sitting on $800 of mine for 7 months. Amanda doesn’t return phone calls. Crystal the office manager, doesn’t return phone calls. Dr Lenz doesn’t talk to patients after appointment. You are referred to Office Manager who still won’t return your call. Dr. Lenz has no follow through and ended up being shady. More to follow…

I have extreme dental anxiety, so I typically avoid going as much as possible. I’m having tooth pain, so I had to go. Never in my life have I felt so comfortable in a dentist office! Every person I interacted with was extremely friendly and kind. They were all understanding of my anxiety and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I want to thank Dr. Naylor, Marcus, April, and everyone else for making my visit as pleasant as it could be. I appreciate your kindness and understanding.

The Reynoldsburg Dental Center has amazing hygienist and dentists. I have never had any issues with any of them and have helped me through so many nerves when it comes to going to the dentist for just a regular appointment. However, the office staff needs a lot of work. I myself and numerous of my close friends and family have had nothing but problems with the office staff and the office manager.
