I am so grateful for RDC and the Awesome staff! April, greets you at the front desk with a warm smile and a beautiful heart to match. She went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful. I technically missed my appointment and I had a tooth issue that required some urgent medical attention and she and the staff were able to squeeze me in and get me on track. I waited to give my review, I wanted to make sure my care and treatment was the same on the 2nd and 3rd time. It was, this whole office is amazing from checking in to checking out. Dr.Naylor is so very nice, patient and caring. He is just an everyday person with great professionalism. His assistant, I think Donni, AMAZING!! She is definitely my kind of person. First visit for a tooth extraction. Marcus was wonderful! I have so much dental anxiety and he made me feel comfortable. Dr Lenz made the process simple, and broke down everything for me. Financial team is also amazing and thorough!
I have had positive experiences at this Dental Center. The customer service from Amanda is EXCELLENT! Dr. Naylor and Paige have provided wonderful patient care. There has been some telephone issues. I had problems getting through to the office over a 2 week period in early March.
I had my first visit to the practice recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Paige, the dental hygienist, did a wonderful job making me feel completely comfortable from the moment I sat down. She was kind, professional, and easy to talk to, we had a great conversation throughout the appointment, which really helped ease any nerves. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paige, for such a positive experience!
