After experiencing severe tooth pain for several days, Dr. Malyala's office fit me in very quickly. Dr. Malyala used the office's specialized equipment to confirm the need for a root canal. He then carefully explained the procedure to me. After numbing the area for the procedure thoroughly, Dr. Malyala conducted a pain-free root canal. My experience was as good as one could have for a root canal. His assistant and Connie at the front desk were also great.
I called River Valley on Monday 3/24/25 in pain and in tears from a 3 week tooth ache. Connie at the front desk was able to get me in the very next day for a Root Canal Procedure. Dr. Malyala is absolutely amazing, and the staff is sincere and empathetic. Dr. Malyala constantly checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, and he made sure to walk me through step by step of the work he was completing. Very pleasant staff and clean office! From the staff at the front desk being able to get me in immediately. To Dr. Malyala very calm and nice demeanor! Instructed me step by step throughout the whole visit. Although it was determined that I did not need a root canal currently, I appreciate Dr. Malyala letting me come in without a direct referral, just to get a second opinion and ease my nerves! I would highly recommend.
I went to Dr. Malyala for a root canal. The exceptional service started with the registration process. The assistance and follow-up was impressive! This practice aced every step of this process! I called to get my daughter in for a root canal and Connie was amazing! She was friendly and informative and helped us get in almost immediately. Registration was a breeze! Upon arrival, the practice is bright, clean and inviting.
