Fantastic! We were assisted by Nadia, our designer, throughout the entire project. Her design was beautiful and she was there to answer any questions we had. The workmanship and professionalism of T and the rest of the workman on the site was above and beyond what we could have expected. We were kept up to date daily on the progression of our project. Our bathroom is beautiful. We love it. We will be calling SemBro again to remodel our 2nd bathroom soon. Mater bath addition and remodel of laundry room.
They are great. Nadia, who helped us, design consultant, is really a delight to work with on the project. She showed up on site numerous times to check up on things. Their workers are top notch.. .the teams that come to our house are great people too. You may find someone cheaper but Sembro's attention to detail is fantastic. Price was excellent. We recently completed a kitchen remodel with SemBro Designs. We could not be happier with the results. They started work the day after Mothers Day and completed on time the day before Fathers Day. Nadia, our designer, gave a calendar to follow showing what would be done on a certain day, by whom, and when it would be done. Overall, the process was challenged. SemBro did hire a 3rd party to complete our project which is where we experienced many of our problems. Due to the 3rd party being involved, we experienced some communication, professionalism, and quality of work issues. In the end, SemBro did acknowledge the issues we had experienced and corrected the issues with the work. Nadia did a kitchen design for me, i purchased my cabinets and granite from them and they were great to work with. Affordable and great customer service! Would definitely recommend them and work with them again. Kitchen cabinets and granite install.

Carefully removed old cabinets so they could be reused (I sold them on Craig's List). Stayed on schedule, swept up daily, attention to details, very professional. Provided design options Demolish old kitchen, install new flooring cupboards, appliances, move plumbing, dry wall repair and paint.

The designer, Nadia, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and incorporated those elements into the kitchen design. She was very approachable and easy to communicate with...many times it was after normal work hours, in the evening or on the weekend.
