Alejandro Alvarado and his team did an excellent job on our roof replacement. My wife said it looked like it was choreographed!! Good job on the cleanup too. However, I have to say that dealing with Mike H. was most unpleasant!! It took forever to move the process along - I'd remind him via email and he'd always say "I'll get that to you tonight, or at most tomorrow!" I'd wait a few WEEKS, then remind him again, and get the same response as before - "tomorrow". Took us 3 1/2 months to get the new roof...

The Shanco Team did an excellent job in replacing my roof. Everyone was professional from my salesman, Roy Pena, who was very instrumental in working with my insurance company, the Project Manager, Gali Munive, who was insight the day of install, and the entire installation crew. My house was fully protected and the team ensured that all debris was cleared from the property. I’m so pleased with my new roof and I highly recommend Shanco for your roofing project.

Saundra’s was lovely and helpful setting up plan to install. Mike H. patiently tutored me in “roofs” and Alejandro and Mauro pleasantly and professionally lead their team installing all.
