In April 2025, I had my roof and gutters replaced by SHANCO, after receiving quotes from 5 other contractors. The experience with SHANCO was outstanding. Their salesperson, Jacob Conway, described their process and products, answered the many questions I had prepared, and answered follow-up questions that I had after our meeting. I had a new roof installed 4/15/25 by Shanco Roofing (Chad Williams, Sr. Project Manager / Trevor McEachron, sales). My home's roof is a simple, squashed salt-box style. The roof is flat, no dormers, no hip joints, no valleys, no skylights, 1 chimney, easy access and easy pitch to walk. Very basic and easy to shingle. Shanco did a great job replacing our roof in September 2025. It started in March after strong wind and heavy storm when the shingles were blown off. Shanco immediately sent Sales Manager Morgan King to come assess the damage and applied tarp. Morgan recommended full roof replacement due to the age and prior hail damage which Shanco also came for assessment and temporary fix. A Shanco representative stopped by and stated there was a potential that my roof was damaged in a recent storm and asked if I would be interested in having my roof inspected for damage. They promptly inspected my roof and the rest of the exterior, pointed out where the damage was, and worked with my insurance thought out the claim process. They delivered as promised and were extremely professional. Highly recommend you consider Shanco for your exterior home repairs.
