Professional and welmcoming environment.
I am a very anxious person, so going to the dentist under normal circumstances is tough, let alone during a pandemic. Smile Hilliard is taking every precaution to keep their staff and patients safe - beyond that, when I informed the hygienist that my anxiety was particularly high, she modified the x-ray type to accommodate and went out of her way to keep me comfortable. Love the atmosphere, people and especially the Dentists!
This was my teenage daughter’s first time needing novocaine and she was very nervous. The staff was calm and kind which put her at ease. She was in and out quickly and got to take her tooth in a little sterile bag which she thought was fun.
I was referred to this practice a few years ago and thankfully so. The staff at Smile Hilliard are so nice and welcoming! And the treatments are always done with care!
