My first visit was extremely impressed with the entire staff my hygienist was so gentle and caring I would recommend this office
I had such a great experience at Smile Hilliard. I was slightly nervous since, “ The Virus” has escalated recently. I was very happy to see all of the extra precautions that were taken to ensure the safety of patients and the people who work there. Though I must admit its sad when you can’t see the big smiles that normally greet you, or show off your newly cleaned smile on your way out. The staff at Smile Hilliard does a wonderful job! I mean the whole staff! I followed Dr. Sanyk from another practice. I drive at the minimum 30 minutes to the Smile Hilliard location. It is worth every minute! Everyone definitely puts the smile in Smile Hilliard!
Let me first say, I am terrified of the dentist. TERRIFIED!!! But I put on my big girl pants and went to the dentist. Smile Hilliard was the GREATEST experience I've ever had at the dentist. From the sweet young lady who answered the phone to the young lady who did my registration and calmed me down. Then my hygienist who had me laughing in feeling comfortable in no time while explaining everything she was doing along the way. Consistent excellent experience
I was in in less than a minute they sent me down did the exam did the x-rays found the problem I gave me a solution to do talked about all the steps I would need to have done tell me how much it would cost and help I set up an appointment
Everyone was really professional and kind . The doctor as well as the staff provided excellent care and made sure to explain everything in a way that was understandable. It was a great environment filled with great people !
Smile Hilliard made the process to assure their safety as well as mine was top notch during this crazy pandemic world, and they remained friendly as always, like they did before all this came down. I recommended them before and this "new normal" has not changed this.
