I was very pleased and thankful that I will not be charged for a broken crown to be replaced since previous work on the tooth was done recently. I didn't know that this was the policy and I probably would have paid the going rate without complaint. The staff made every effort to schedule me for 3 issues so that I don't have to come in several times. This may or may not work out depending on how things go, but I appreciate the thoughtfulness.
As always friendly and very caring. All procedures explained very well.
