The receptionist is not the kindest to new patients and essentially treats the caller like a dollar versus a patient. I could have been dying from a dental emergency and I'm certain her concern would have been simply "please make sure to give us 24 hour notice" before cancelling.
They don't return voicemails or call you back when you fill out the contact form on their website. Very bizarre.
The 2 crowns I've had done there didn't last even 3 years. First crown she did she had to be redone I was lucky it was in the first year that's what she warranty them for. So that same crown was redone by another dentist only 2 years old the smell that came off of it was Bad The second crown she did the cap fell off I called they said since it was over the warranty she would charge me $$$. there price was $50 more than where I went to have it fixed.
