It's too bad I cannot leave a 10 star review. Great customer service. They were better priced than a big store that specializes in selling outdoor furniture/tables. Everything is explained in detail. Delivery people were great. John and his dad Craig were very patient in assisting us to get the correct furniture size for the new patio. Last year I posted a 1* review. Following that review store management followed up and met with me right away - in my home - to go over the situation and took great steps to own the problems and make it right. Perfection ought not be the test of a company, but how they respond when problems occur. The Outdoor Living Store has gone above and beyond, and I am grateful. The Outdoor Living Store provided the best customer service and support I’ve ever experienced. I had purchased the items before but there was a complicated situation that attempted to match older cushions. John Sweitzer was superb. He coordinated shipments from two different locations. He turned a 60 day shipment into a 10 day delivery. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very competitive and again, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I can't say enough about Billy Parsley at The Outdoor Living Store, from the get go he responded to our inquiries nearly immediately. I was shopping for Hanamint Stratford patio furniture and not only did he provide a quick response with a quote, his prices couldn't be beat.
