I absolutely love this place … the office staff is very nice from the billing manager to the receptionist and the provider. Dr. Alex was amazing he took time to make sure not only that he treats me with care but that I fully understand my treatment plan. Awesome Doctor and office Dr. Afsahi took the time to explain everything in detail, along with what he found as well as all the options to consider. It was a great experience. Of all the dentists that I have seen, he is the first to give me options that no one else had even thought of. I appreciate both he and his office staff very much.
On my first visit, I was warmly greeted by the manager, Bella, who provided the necessary paperwork and politely answered all of my questions. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m., and I was seen immediately, something I truly appreciate in a dental office. I was then welcomed by Dr. Alex and his dental assistant, Angie. I recently moved to the Tampa area from Georgia for work and needed to find a new dentist. A neighbor recommended this office, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Bella at the front desk. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring toward me and my family. Dr. Afsahi and the entire staff were welcoming, supportive, and provided top-notch care. My family and I truly felt valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Afsahi and team!
I have had the greatest of time getting my dental work and needs done at this office, with such great and amazing staff from Angie, Jung, Dr. Alex and Bella. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone reading this.
