We have had our motorized retractable awning almost 4 years and love it! It has made our patio a great place to be outside and out of the heat finally! But besides that this company has been so helpful even now. Whenever we have a question or any concern Matt takes care of us. I absolutely love the product and the installation went well. The guys had to problem solve in order to install and they did a wonderful job! The only complaint I had is that the flyers that were sent to me included some free products and then when I ordered I found that I did not qualify because I had a freestanding unit. I would’ve liked to had the lights and the motion sensor and the gas grill. But again I want to emphasize how much I love my Sunsetter!

We have a lakeside house which faces West, and afternoon sun can be quite uncomfortable. We decided to have the Sun Setter sales rep.come to "convince" us that their awnings are the "answer". Chad came and gave a very nice product presentation without pressure . We were convinced and called him back shortly and placed the order.
