We do not normally leave reviews, but our experience with Columbus Bath Design was great from beginning to end. They started and finished as scheduled, and every person from the showroom to the install crew was pleasant, helpful, and easy to have in our home. But most importantly, the outcome was just as we hoped and planned.

If you're even considering getting a bathroom redone, this is the place to go.

We are very pleased with every aspect of working with Columbus Bath Design. The showroom was perfect for helping us narrow down the seemingly endless choices for the design. Michelle and Joey both did a great job in assisting us in the planning and design. The crew were prompt, professional and efficient. Follow-up was timely. They started on the projected start date and completed 95% of the project in three days. The remainder was completed as soon as the shower panels arrived (two weeks later as per the plan). The master bath looks great and the price was fair (especially compared to several of the other quotes that we received). We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a remodeled bathroom.

Incredibly happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of those individuals who came on site to remodel my bathroom. They worked straight through during the day and a half while on-site. Highly recommending them.

We had a shower remodel back in November 2023, and the whole process was great! Scheduling and design we very streamlined and everyone involved really seemed to listen to us. Any questions we had were addressed, and when we contacted them after install about a concern, they were very quick to respond and investigate.
The shower itself is beautiful, and the seems much sturdier than the previous unit.
They also started earlier and finished much earlier than anticipated, which is fantastic!
We recommend them to anyone who asks, and will definitely look to them when it comes to the other bathroom.

Columbus Bath Design was fantastic! They communicated extremely well with us and quoted us a much lower price than other companies….and they were able to do way more services than others companies we looked into! We have a small bathroom, so we weren’t sure what all we could do, but wow what a transformation! Our home was built in the 60s, so we gutted everything and started from scratch. Believe me when I say that we are more than happy with both bathrooms. Emily's assistance in selecting the colors, features and material was great. The updated changes are wonderful .and accommodating for my husband's mobility issues. The workmen were so friendly and polite. Such hard workers from start to finish. They cleaned the work area each day and at the end of the job. We did not feel inconvenienced at any time.

Columbus Bath Design provided us with an affordable, yet expensive looking update for our girl's bathroom shower and vanity. Their staff treated us like family and communicated with us through out the whole process.
It was also good to know that they do not contract their services out. Their installation team was thorough and cleaned up after themselves.

We needed to completely gut our small master bath (including old soffits) and use a custom designed cabinet that has been sitting in our basement for five years. Columbus Bath Design was great at all levels - helping design the space to maximize a new shower, picking out flooring and countertop, moving plumbing, etc. The entire team was efficient, professional and great to work with. Columbus Bath Design completely remodeled my bathroom and it looks stunning. It is truly now my dream bathroom. The work they did was phenomenal and I can't recommend them enough.

The company and employees were all wonderful. The owner, Michelle, helped with the design. I'm so glad she suggested gray floors and matte black finishes because I think it adds a wonderful contrast. Matt, Andy, and everyone that worked on my bathroom were incredibly professional, detailed, and the level of craftsmanship of their work is remarkable. They converted the tub-shower combination to a shower, installed Cambria walls, a shower door, a new vanity, new toilet, new doors, new flooring, were able to straighten the vent on my floor, and perfectly match the texture of my ceiling where tile was removed.

My bathroom was completed in three days on schedule. The communication was wonderful and I truly appreciate how detailed Michelle was making sure every detail was perfect. It made the whole process go smoothly.
