I had a new technician to clean my teeth today. She was gentle and always informing me about what she was doing and why. I appreciated the information as it clarified her actions. Of course, Dr. Wilhoite was thorough as usual, taking time to answer questions and explain. The billing and check-out lady was pleasant, answering my questions, thorough at her job.
Dr. Wilhoite is an amazing family and cosmetic dentist. All of his staff are very kind and caring. I highly recommend him For any general or cosmetic dentistry procedure! He is also great with kids :-)
Staff is great and from what I hear they do great work. Don't take their word on insurance coverage though, do the leg work and contact your insurance to ensure they are not only "covered", but also "in network".
Always professional, friendly and “on-time”. I still have nightmares of my childhood dentist and Dr. Wilhoite and his staff do all they can to provide “painless dentistry”!
Wouldn’t recommend. The front desk employees are not helpfully. I tired to cancel an appt once and the lady kept pushing me to take it, telling me I wouldn’t owe anything but ended up getting a bill and when I called about it her response was “well we can just charge you full amount and you send it to your insurance.” It may have not been much but I told her I couldn’t afford anything.
