Dr. Wilhoite was able to see my 92yr old mother right away, re-cement a crown that lasted over 22 yrs, same day. Important because I come from afar and she doesn’t drive. They even got her in the next day for a cleaning. Sue Ann was great! She knew how to talk with Mother and make her feel at ease. They matched mom with the perfect hygienist. Great job!!
I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service I received. The staff took the time to patiently explain the entire process, which really helped ease my worries. I have always been so scared of the dentist, but Dr. Wilhoite and his team were top notch. I felt nothing but welcomed and supported by the crew and was consistently blown away by how comfortable I was. I was so comfortable in fact, I was laughing as I had a tooth extracted. I cannot recommend this office enough to my friends in the Muncie and surrounding areas. They are also super personable and work well with advocating for the patients when it comes to finances and insurance.
Recently came in to see Dr. Wilhoite for a second opinion and I’m so happy that I did! The previous dentist that I saw gave me a diagnosis that didn’t feel quite right and I wanted to receive a second opinion from an additional doctor. He was thorough, honest, and laid out a treatment plan that I felt more comfortable with. I’m grateful for the time he took to take a look at my X-rays and greatly appreciated his service!
