Consult w/ Dr. Duckworth ... very pleased with his evaluation and expertise ... still considering future work due to diabetic condition but submitted codes do not provide coverage under my present dental insurance ... so we'll see ... nice facility and great assistance by staff ( Courtney? sorry, not sure if I recall her name correctly ) ... Do not share publicly unless name not used ... thank you
