Great visit ! As usual , I enjoyed talking with old friends I worked with‼️
Appreciate the hygienist Payton who did a fine job. Was disappointed in the Dentist though. We had recent X-rays at another ofc and couldn’t do X-rays at Anthony this time. My hopes were to re-establish our customer-dentist relationship but Katelyn Flowers had an attitude with my wife and my son. My wife had simply asked about holistic dentistry and if there were any options there for that-st Anthony and Katelyn made it an issue with her stating “ maybe I’m not a good fit for you”. Charged me for doing nothing and then told me to go somewhere else. Evil people. I walked out of there feeling taken advantage of and violated.

Our last visit we decided to leave after years of great service. We didn’t change our insurance coverage but all of a sudden we were having to pay for services we didn’t pay before. That is when were billed more than expected for dental work and found your insurance provider was changed which effected our coverage therefore we found another dentist to meet our needs

Everything was great until I went to check out and there was a $60 charge. I thought I was in for a regular cleaning and check up which insurance had always covered but it was called something different. There was no difference in what was done and any other cleaning I've had in the past. I scheduled another appointment but I'm looking into other options that my insurance will cover and there are no added charges.

Frankly it was so disappointing that I am hesitant to even begin. I was told I needed over $7000.00 worth of dental work right away. I explained I had health issues that kept me from working as well being able to drive to my dentist in Columbus. I did the ugly cry in the office twice. I went more than once. After the second visit I was required to pay approximately $450.00 before I left. I was so despondent I ended up going to my old dentist in Columbus. Upon review of my X-rays and examining me.
