My first impression "WOW". What a difference from past dentistry offices. The staff at AFCD were very professional, compassionate and knowledgable. From the time I walked in the door and was greated, to the time I walked out, I was in awe. The entire staff was VERY friendly. They made me feel welcome and important to them. Everything was throughly explained from how procedures were done, what was to follow and how their insurance/billing worked. Every time I book an appt,, try to reschedule or call and ask for the dr. to call back with an answer to a question, it is like talking to a black hole. Cathy was particularly clueless with "scheduling appts" but then they didn't actually book in their system.
