My first impression "WOW". What a difference from past dentistry offices. The staff at AFCD were very professional, compassionate and knowledgable. From the time I walked in the door and was greated, to the time I walked out, I was in awe. The entire staff was VERY friendly. They made me feel welcome and important to them. Every time I book an appt,, try to reschedule or call and ask for the dr. to call back with an answer to a question, it is like talking to a black hole. Cathy was particularly clueless with "scheduling appts" but then they didn't actually book in their system.
