This is my first attempt to use your online support.
Due to having not been seen for a couple years, I had to have a deeper cleaning performed. This resulted in charges not covered at the 100% level by my insurance. I would like to have been notified of this PRIOR to the work being done, and at least an estimated amount. Thankfully, I was able to pay the bill; but what if I would not have had the funds available? I was not even provided payment options when given the amount of the bill and I acted surprised that I had to pay anything.
