Since I have been seen for Thyroid and Hormone issues by Dr. Thomas, I have never felt better. He has changed my well being for the positive and has always listened and accurately diagnosed my medical health. I actually fly in to the USA to see Dr. Thomas twice a year! The staff is excellent and caring and the facilities are extremely clean!

I've been seeing Dr. Thomas for a couple of years now and can attest to his professionalism and treatment expertise. I have sent friends and family members to him and have heard nothing but positive reviews. Dr. Thomas and his staff are not only knowledgeable about their treatments but also very warm and accommodating to their patients. The rooms are meticulously clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr Archer injected hormone pellets in me. After the procedure I found out that they were put in the wrong area on my buttock. She charged an exorbitant amount of money and wouldn't return my calls

I wasted so much money in this place. I wish I had never gone. I wasn't helped, only sold over-priced vitamins and other medications that were repeatedly mailed to me and they charged me hundreds for every month. Unless you have money to burn for nothing, then I'd reconsider. I saw 0 results. During my initial visit, Dr. Thomas said my first credit card didn't go through, so he needed a second. (There was nothing wrong with my first card! I'd just used it before I got there.) He said he needed another card to put in his syst... read more

The doctor needs to hire competent people to handle her office and scheduling. As a result, I was forced to look elsewhere as they rescheduled my appointment 4X and were woefully rude to boot. I finally asked for a refund on my test ($299), as I felt it was going to be impossible to ever see this doctor. To her credit, she actually refunded my money after I wrote a letter pointing out the inadequacies of her staff. I wouldn't bother trying to see her.

Heidi is nice enough and seems to know a lot about hormone replacement. However, the tests were over $2000 which I got to pay out of pocket in addition to the other fees you get to pay the office. Overall, one year of prescribing hormones has cost me over $3500. This also is a franchise doctors office and is very expensive compared to other options. My regular doctor is now providing the same type of services at a much lower cost.
