My husband had a tooth extracted by "Cooper". She wrote him a script for a pain med which was no longer available,through Wal-Mart or Kroger. He called for a new script and was told they would have it ready for him. After several hours and no call back he call the after hours number and was told the script was written but "Cooper" never signed it and since she had a rough day, she left early.
