We had a large bridal party, there were 16 of us, so I needed a large vehicle to transport everyone to pictures. Cardinal Transportation was the cheapest in the city by far. They were easy to work with and our driver was fantastic. Will absolutely use them for other events in the future.

We had to do a last min. booking two weeks before the wedding and they were very accommodating. The driver was extremely nice as well!

Unfortunately, did not have a great experience using Cardinal. We hired them to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the venue in 2 different shifts. After dropping the first group of guests off the shuttle driver did not return to the hotel for our second scheduled shuttle. Cardinal had confirmed the planned itinerary the day prior, but unfortunately the second trip did not happen causing a group of guests to completely miss our ceremony.

My client hired them for his wedding the week before the event ( they wanted to wait to see if they needed a shuttle for their room block). We hired them for a 4-hour minimum and they started the 'clock' as they were leaving their lot - an hour away from the venue! Who does that?! My client shouldn't have to pay for the time it takes them to get to the venue and back! I've worked over 200 weddings as a coordinator and have never heard of a transportation shuttle doing this. We used Cardinal Transportation for our wedding guests shuttles, from the guest hotel to the venue before the ceremony, and then again from the reception back to the guest hotel. I have to say we were very disappointed with their service, especially given the high costs (4 shuttles before, 3 shuttles after, all at the required 3 hour minimum, topped out over $2000). Apparently the driver went to the wrong hotel to pick my guests up for our wedding ceremony. Thankfully a few days before the wedding I had given their contact information to a friend that I knew would be using the transportation service. She was able to call Cardinal when the bus did not show up and handle the situation, but it is still bothersome that they went to the completely wrong pickup location.
