Although I’m a new patient, I was greeted and treated by the entire staff as if I’ve been a patient for many years. They made this uneasy situation for me feel like I wanted to be there. Based on my history as a patient in general, I felt no judgment! And that made me feel relaxed and comfortable in a situation where I didn’t want to be. Thank you all!!!
