Dr. Menke was able to squeeze me in on Christmas Eve. I was nervous but his amazing team took care of me and explained everything along the way. Tish who assisted and Heather who got me scheduled in deserve a shout out too in helping ease my anxiety.
Dr. Arens and team provided an efficient and painless root canal procedure. They explained each step, which made me comfortable. I thank them and recommend them!

Dr Eric Menke is an absolutely wonderful dr. I can not say enough great things about him and his staff. Very kind patient and caring. He and his staff have created an incredibly calm work environment, Which translates to helping the patients be as calm as they can be during a stressful procedure (root canal). I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Menke and the entire staff at Central Ohio Endodontics.
I want to thank Dr. James Poulos for his excellent work he has done 3 different times for me. I have several health concerns that makes it difficult to have all dental procedures but Dr. Poulos was kind and gentle and did everything possible to make my visits a success. Also, his assistant Pilar, was very kind and gentle in her help with x-rays and assistant to Dr. Poulos. As a disabled vet, I highly recommend this team if you need any help at any time! Ken
Dr. Smith did my root canal, and I can't say enough good things about him or my procedure. It was painless and he guided me through the whole process. He gave me prescriptions for antibiotics, steroids and pain meds for my recovery and he even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and this practice.
I needed a root canal and was referred to Central Ohio Endodontics. Luckily, the procedure was scheduled with Dr. Arens. My last root canal was 40+ years ago, and was a horrible experience. Danielle, the Hygienist, was very patient and kind. When I mentioned I was cold in the office, she brought me a soft blanket which did the trick. Dr. Arens was very calming and patient. From the moment I phoned them trying to get an appointment and I was under duress, they handled my situation with professionalism, calm, and grace. Dr. Poulos and staff - care and billing - each answered questions I didn't know I had, answered the ones I had, took great care in one of the most painful episodes of my 61 years alive. I will have to say that I had a really bad experience with a wisdom and molar extraction in 2018. When I started having pain in the next molar, and then the crown coming off. A visit to my Dentist. I was directed to have a root canal or removal of the molar. I will say i was fearing either procedure. But went with the root canal. Performed by D.D.S, M.S Charles Arens and team.
