I was so impressed by how patient Dr. Jillian was with my daughter during her first appointment. She took the time to explain everything to her, allowed her to get comfortable, talked her through everything, + skipped parts of the appointment that weren't comfortable for my daughter. Overall, she is building a positive relationship with dentistry rather than just getting the job done. The service is impeccable. Amazing as always! We love the effort put into making each child feel comfortable.
Dr Jillian is wonderful with the kiddos and parents!! She is very gentle with the kids and is able to keep them relaxed.
We had another great visit...James definitely does not like the toothpaste, but Dr. Gray was fast, comforting and great at talking him through what was happening...we love Dr. Gray!
I was very impressed by the practice and have no doubt my 4 year old handled it so well because of the supportive and friendly demeanor of every person there. Would 100% recommend to other parents.
